Sale of stake in GBN-AGR

GBN has sold its 55% stake in GBN Artificial Grass Recycling (GBN-AGR) as of January 1st, 2024. AGR focuses on 100% circular processing for artificial grass mats. To GBN and Strukton, the sale of AGR is a logical step in the strategic focus on sustainable infrastructure related to railways. GBN will continue its operations in the field of (circular) reuse of raw materials as a Strukton company.
