The Supervisory Boards of Oranjewoud nv and Strukton Groep nv announce that Aike Schoots, member of both Supervisory Boards, has decided to withdraw as of July 8th 2023. Mr Schoots came to this decision following the judgment of the court in Overijssel on June 28th 2023. By stepping aside, Mr Schoots wishes to allow the other members to carry out their duties without the weight of history.
