Judgment Enterprise Chamber expected at short notice

The Enterprise Chamber today dealt with the case concerning the suspension of Mr Sanderink, following the request of our Supervisory Board to the Enterprise Chamber to carry out an inquiry, extend the suspension measure and end Mr Sanderink’s influence as indirect main shareholder of Oranjewoud and Strukton Group for a longer period of time.

The Enterprise Chamber concluded today’s hearing stating that they will rule at short notice.

We look forward to the judgement with confidence. It is important for the companies and our stakeholders that the judgement will be done at the shortest possible notice.

In the mean time, we will continue the necessary steps to accellerate the implementation of the strategic roadmap with focus on sustainable infrastructure in Europe.
