Throughout the year, Scope organises various activities that enable young professionals to develop a network within Strukton and to become familiar with the different aspects within the company. This includes workshops, project visits, lectures and fun events.

25 colleagues went to Sweden to share knowledge. They visited a project and a maintenance contract and met TrafikVerket, one of Strukton's main principals in Sweden.
Scope members and young professionals of Rijksvastgoedbedrijf and Ballast Nedam simulated the phases of the DBFMO project De Knoop.
