Our work involves risks, for ourselves, our partners, clients, stakeholders and the environment. The safety, health and well-being of all our colleagues, of the environment in which we work and of everyone we work with are central to us. That is why we have a clear mission:

It is our belief that accidents or illness as a result of work can and must be prevented. None of our activities are worth getting hurt by or getting sick from.

Together we are responsible for ensuring that everyone who works for, on behalf of or with us comes home safe and healthy every day.

What we stand for and how we achieve it

Together we are keen on safety. This means that we:

• Are constantly alert and proactive
• Identify hazards and risks at an early stage
• Take appropriate measures close to the source where possible
• Learn from our mistakes and successes

Health and safety are not an additional task, but a fundamental part of our craftsmanship. We have integrated health and safety into our processes and our way of working together. We encourage openness, inclusiveness, respect for each other and the continuous look for opportunities for improvement. We resolutely stop unsafe behaviour. And to create safe habits, we reward safe behaviour, help each other and hold each other accountable. In this way, we enable everyone to take responsibility for their own health and safety.

• Our joint 24Safe approach allows us as Strukton to be keen on safety, together with everyone we work with and together with stakeholders
