As of 1 June 2026, the Dutch Strukton company Strukton Wegen & Beton B.V. will continue under a new name: Strukton Civiel Nederland B.V.
The new name better reflects the services we provide today and the direction in which we are developing. As a civil engineering partner, we work on a wide range of projects in areas such as infrastructure, mobility, water, energy and urban development. The name Strukton Civiel Nederland represents this broad scope and our focus on the future.
What will change – and what will remain the same?
The name change will not affect the way we work. We will continue to collaborate with our clients and partners as you are used to.
As this concerns a change of name only, our Chamber of Commerce registration number, VAT number and bank account details will remain unchanged. Existing contractual agreements will also remain fully valid. From 1 June 2026 onwards, only the company name on our invoices and correspondence will change to Strukton Civiel Nederland B.V.

With this new name, we underline who we are and where we are heading: a forward-looking civil engineering partner working together on sustainable and integrated solutions.
