Willem Mentz will become the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Strukton Groep NV as of 1 May 2025. The Supervisory Board has appointed him for this role. Mentz previously held various management and executive positions at Suez. For the past two years, he has been CFO at Skyborn Renewables. Strukton’s Central Works Council has issued a positive recommendation on his appointment.
Willem Mentz qualified as a chartered accountant at the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants in Cape Town, South Africa. He gained international experience in the United Kingdom, the Benelux, Germany and France. Willem is married and has three children with his wife.
