Strukton stable; CFO Arthur Vlaanderen to step down

After almost ten years at Strukton Groep N.V., Arthur Vlaanderen will step down as CFO in the second quarter of this year to continue his career outside the company. The procedure for looking for a successor has started.

Rob van Wingerden, interim CEO: “In the last two years in particular, Arthur has played an important role in stabilizing the company, leading our divestments and strategic withdrawal from the Middle East markets. His efforts in the field of financial restructuring and the elimination of audit backlogs of the financial statements have helped restore confidence and strengthen the company’s position. We thank Arthur for his dedication and valuable contributions and wish him every success in his further career.”

Arthur Vlaanderen, CFO: “It is with great satisfaction that I look back on an intensive period at Strukton and what we have achieved together. A different Strukton has developed with a clear focus. The company in which I have been intensively involved in the past ten years has entered a calmer and stable phase after a turbulent period. This is a logical time for me to look further ahead. I wish to thank all colleagues and partners for the cooperation and the opportunities that Strukton has offered me.”

Arthur will remain available for a proper transfer when the new CFO is available, who will then form the board of Strukton Groep N.V. together with CEO Lieve Declercq.

As soon as more details about the succession are known, we will report on it.
