Strukton Groep and Pankas announce that Ooms Producten B.V. has been acquired by Pankas with effect from December 5th 2024. For Strukton, the sale is a logical step in the strategic focus on sustainable infrastructure related to railways.
Ooms Products is a producer in the premium segment of modified bitumen and related bitumen products for the asphalt market and other industries. The company has been exporting products and services worldwide for more than 50 years. Ooms’ products are used in airports, ports, roads and industrial applications.
Since 1939, the Pankas Group is specialising in constructing, refurbishing and maintaining roads. The Group comprises a portfolio of 18 companies operating under a range of different brands in Denmark, Germany and Eastern Europe. Each company within the Pankas Group operates with an agile and entrepreneurial mind-set, is close to the customers, and constantly adapting to market needs and requirements
