Strukton Groep and Groupe LT announce that Van Rens BV has been acquired by Groupe IT. The sale was completed on 23 October 2024. To Strukton, the sale is a logical step in the strategic focus on sustainable infrastructure related to railways.
The 100 employees of Van Rens are committed to keeping the Netherlands accessible in a safe and sustainable way. From road markings and traffic measures to signage and the engineering office. The company has been around for over 90 years, has 7 branches in the Netherlands and a turnover of approximately 22 million euros per year.
Groupe LT has been active sinse 40 years now as a provider of site security, signage and modular equipment solutions. The originally French company has also been present in Germany since 2022 and new in the Netherlands as of 2024. Groupe IT has 350 employees and has strong growth ambitions.
