Our success is not only built on our core competencies in project execution but also on our commitment to integrity and ethical conduct. Across all business units, we stand for doing business in an honest and responsible way.
Strukton All Right
Under the banner of Strukton All Right, we promote awareness of ethical standards through training, presentations, and internal communications. This programme helps employees understand rules on signing authority, compliance with national and international laws and regulations, and risk management when working with (foreign) partners.
We have established various codes of conduct and statutes that define the framework within which our company operates. The Code of Conduct for Integrity in Business contains the key principles we follow to ensure fair and just business practices.
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct for Integrity in Business applies to everyone working for or with Strukton. It helps determine what is fair and just in our work, alongside existing local legislation. The code is comprehensive and clearly connects to various policies and regulations, such as:
- The policy on gifts and invitations
- The anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy
- The human rights policy
- The policy on undesirable behaviour
The policy on undesirable behaviour enables employees to report (suspected) irregularities within the company, including to a confidential adviser. In addition, Strukton offers employees the option to report suspected misconduct anonymously through an external party.
