EED & Alternatives
EED & Alternatives
Did you know that aside from the EED, there are no less than 14 alternatives for complying with the regulations? Strukton Worksphere can look after the technical implementation of any eligible alternative. Furthermore, we can support, coach and prepare your organisation for all certifications and quality marks. If you do not yet know which option is best for your organisation, our consultants can help you identify your options, including an overview of the expected costs of each option.Compliant in 3 Steps
We will guide you in all required steps:
- after an exploratory meeting we will start working on identifying your options
- this is followed by an Energy Audit after which you will receive an Action Plan outlining the measures to be taken in the period 2021-2024
- next, we will guide you in implementing the Action Plan.
As a specialist in sustainability, we will guide you from A to Z. We will explain the regulations, analyse the building(s) and work out the selected options in further detail. We will fully synchronise the 4-year Action Plan with the Multi-Year Maintenance Plan (MJOP) and the Budget Estimates. This provides you all at once with a clear plan that best fits your organisation, your building(s) and technical installations.
Roadmap to Sustainable Real Estate
Whether your organisation is opting for the EED Energy Audit itself or one of the alternatives, we can assist you in all instances with a specific roadmap for your organisation and objectives. The EED Energy Audit or the alternative serves as key input for this roadmap. Together we will take steps in making your real estate sustainable and at the same time ensure you meet all statutory obligations.
