Worksphere has since started working at the Alkmaar, Haarlem, Delft, The Hague, Diemen and Rotterdam locations.

Inholland University of Applied Sciences has awarded a contract for the maintenance of its electrical/mechanical installations to Strukton Worksphere effective 1 July 2020. This concerns 6 locations subdivided into North and South lots. The maintenance for each lot will be carried out on the basis of a performance contract. With this contract, Strukton Worksphere supports Inholland University of Applied Sciences in achieving its objectives relating to creating a safe and healthy learning and working environment.

Partnering for results

Inholland University of Applied Sciences and Strukton Worksphere will enter into a two-year partnership with the possibility of an indefinite extension. Inholland University of Applied Sciences’ maintenance objective is to improve the buildings’ operations so as to create high-quality, efficient and effective accommodations in line with its vision and mission. ‘In Strukton Worksphere we have a partner that with a great deal of expertise and professionalism will devote its efforts to achieving Inholland University of Applied Sciences’ objectives relating to creating a safe and healthy learning and working environment,’ says Fred Bode, Manager Real Estate & Accommodations at Inholland University of Applied Sciences. ‘We are looking forward to a great and successful partnership!’
