A healthy building contributes to the creativity, well-being and job satisfaction of users and the image of the organisation. PGGM, a trendsetter in the application of innovations in its housing policy, is therefore joining forces with haeppey.

On 21 March, PGGM signed the contract to start using haeppey, a brand new service, as of 1 April.

Haeppey provides insight into indoor environmental factors that affect employees' health and makes them measurable. This insight makes it possible to take targeted measures to achieve a healthier working environment. The result is a positive health impact on the user. Haeppey is a valuable addition to the HR and FM policies. It contributes to the sustainable deployability of users and to the image of the organisation to attract and retain talent.

There are two reasons for PGGM deciding to use haeppey. Firstly, attention is growing at social level for healthy buildings. And that is not surprising, because healthy buildings lead to improved well-being and less stress among users, and thus to lower absenteeism. More job satisfaction and higher productivity are the result. In addition, PGGM, in co-creation with partners, wants to incorporate sustainable innovations into its housing policy.

Haeppey was launched on the market in 2018 and is an initiative of Strukton Worksphere and Antea Group.
