On Nieuwendijk in Geldrop, a lovely apartment block called Kleyndommel is being built.

On the site where the apartment block will be built, there's a former car garage which hasn't been in use for the past 10 years and which is vacant. The location is popularly known as ‘het gat van Geldrop’ (the Geldrop hole) due to the hole in the wall and the dilapidated condition of the building.

In early 2017, Strukton Worksphere decided to develop this area. This translated into the apartment building ‘Kleyndommel’ with 25 apartments. Through this development, the Geldrop hole has been replaced with a nice, balanced street view.

About the project
The Kleyndommel project involves 25 apartments in a new build complex with four storeys. There are several types of apartment, varying in area from 64 m2 to 114 m2. Behind the complex, each apartment has a storage shed and its own parking place. A second parking place is also an option. Apartments are available from €185,500 to €299,500.

If sales go well, the demolition work will start in April of this year.
