Nationaal Muziekkwartier is improving its sustainability with Strukton PULSE
The Strukton PULSE modules Installation, Energy, Comfort and Maintenance are making an important contribution to the sustainability efforts of Nationaal Muziekkwartier.
Covering over 20,000 square metres and located in the centre of Enschede, the Nationaal Muziekkwartier accommodates various stages for theatre and music, rehearsal rooms, music and dance schools. In 2011 Strukton Worksphere was awarded the twenty-year performance contract for technical management, preventive and corrective maintenance. In 2031 the municipality of Enschede wants to have saved twenty percent in energy in relation to the reference year of 2011. By then, thirty percent of the energy must be generated from sustainable sources. Strukton PULSE will help make this happen.
The combined use of the Strukton PULSE modules Installation, Energy, Comfort and Maintenance are making an important contribution to these sustainability efforts. Besides achieving savings in energy consumption and maintenance, predictive maintenance will provide further optimisation in the near future. By predicting faults, these can be prevented, thus promoting user convenience and comfort.
Signing the contract at the Building Holland innovative event organised by the platform Duurzaam Gebouwd underlines the sustainable ambitions of the municipality of Enschede and Strukton Worksphere. Both parties look forward to shaping these sustainability efforts in an intensive partnership.
