Stichting Carmelcollege and Strukton Worksphere have signed a maintenance performance contract for more than 50 schools. Connectivity of information systems, cooperation, sustainability and cost reduction are the starting points of this performance contract, which will enable Stichting Carmelcollege to fulfil its housing ambitions.

Over the coming three years, Strukton Worksphere will perform the electrical and mechanical engineering maintenance on the installations in the building. Furthermore, Strukton Worksphere will manage fault and complaint maintenance, throughout the country, in more than two thirds of all school locations of Stichting Carmelcollege. Both parties have signed a performance contract to this end.
In a performance contract like this, the contractor is responsible for the performance of the installations. To achieve this in practice, a direct link is created between the systems of both organisations and condition-based maintenance takes place.

Integral contribution to comfortable, healthy and sustainable education environment
In Strukton Worksphere, Stichting Carmelcollege has found the partner that can make an integral contribution to achieving its housing ambitions in the different locations in the country. Over 38,000 pupils and their 4,300 staff in more than 50 education locations deserve a comfortable, healthy and sustainable education environment. During the implementation, Strukton Worksphere will minimise any disruption to the education process.

By signing a contract with Stichting Carmelcollege, Strukton Worksphere has expanded its education portfolio. Previously Strukton Worksphere has signed contracts with Nordwin College, AOC Oost, ROC Twente, Fontys and Avans.
