Electrical Panels: Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Installation, Testing and Overhaul

A wide range of electrical and mechanical systems are used along railway infrastructure, on board trains, in bridges and locks, in industry and within the defence sector. We develop and build high-quality custom-made panels for these applications, integrated into trains and cabinets or supplied as standalone panels.

Our services include:

Engineering (electrical, mechanical, P&ID, RAMS)
Control cabinet construction (including power distribution systems, Halyester systems, control systems, power electronics, modular construction, prototype and series production)
Cable assembly (cables, coding, stripping, connector fitting, cable harness production, cable harnessing and connector moulding)
Sheet metal fabrication (cut-outs, welding, strain relief and earthing)
Testing (continuity testing, connection testing, insulation resistance testing, contact resistance measurements, high-voltage testing up to 18 kV, programming and testing using the automated WEEtech test system, functional product testing and on-site commissioning)

Our Approach

We build and test our control panels in-house and deliver them ready for operation based on customer specifications. If required, we also provide the design, engineering, project management and complete logistics. For testing our control panels, including insulation and functional tests, we make use of our own dedicated test facility.

We provide a range of systems and panels for the automated control of bridges and locks. In many cases, we also take care of the system integration.

Rolling Stock

Many trains and other rail vehicles are equipped with panels designed by our specialists.

Railway Infrastructure

Based on ProRail specifications, we supply a wide range of control and power supply panels for trackside applications in the Netherlands. These include relay cabinets, B-relay racks, cable distributors, power supply cabinets, cable cabinets, ATB connection cabinets, control cabinets, worksite protection cabinets and block switches.
