Today, the Enterprise Chamber adjudicated in the inquiry proceedings as to Strukton Groep and Oranjewoud.
The Enterprise Chamber granted the inquiry request and took immediate measures:
- Mr Sanderink has been suspended as a director at Oranjewoud N.V. and Strukton Groep N.V.
- The shares of Sanderink Investments B.V. in Oranjewoud N.V. (excluding one share) have been transferred to a temporary manager
With this ruling, the Enterprise Chamber confirms that it is in the interest of the companies involved when there is distance between Mr Sanderink and the companies for a longer period of time.
This ruling provides the requested clariy, which is important for the companies, their employees, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Strukton now continues with the measures aimed at solving the problems from the past and creating a broader capital position on behalf of the continuity of the companies.
